Sheboygan Falls, WI
In order to bring new housing to Sheboygan Falls, this project repurposed an existing middle school building into a new apartment complex. In addition, a new building on the property holds nine new 2-story, 1300 square foot Townhome units. The apartments feature a community auditorium and gymnasium for residents, and a playground in the south-east corner of the lot.
