Growth of a Wisconsin grown medical instrument manufacturer leads to this new 30,700 Sq. Ft. facility with state-of-the-art equipment.  Cantilevered canopies, clerestory main entry and rooftop screenwalls add interest to the front offices.  In back; a modular cleanroom manufacturing facility is surrounded by steel braces and columns, roof joists and vertical wall girts with horizontal metal panel exterior to create a building within a building. 

 

Hennig West

Machesney Park, IL

This 115,000 square foot addition to Hennig’s enclosure systems building holds operations for Hennig’s backup power generator enclosures. Hennig designs and builds custom generator enclosures for various industries, including water treatment and municipal buildings, medical facilities, and data centers.

Gold Medal Lofts

Racine, WI

This 111,000 square foot remodel turned what was previously a 120-year old Gold Medal Furniture Manufacturing Plant into a 77-unit apartment complex featuring a mix of studio, one, two, and three bedroom rentals. The development was designed to keep to the industrial feel of the original building by refurbishing existing brick walls and timber columns, and through the use of high ceilings with exposed metal piping.

Dulmes Decor Carpet One

Sheboygan, WI

This 2-story, 35,000 square foot renovation created a new carpet and flooring warehouse and showroom for Dulmes Decor. The structure is timber framed with wood joists and decking, and this renovation included additions to support a 14’ overhead door as well as structural calculations to remove 3 interior columns while maintaining the structural integrity of the building.

Miller Motors

Burlington, Wisconsin

This commercial remodel expanded the offices at Miller Motors, giving them a larger break room, locker room, and waiting/reception area.
